Message	time it tells you outside temperature. you can then keep hitting auto to see temps at other vents. You can also set the floor temp up to about 32 degrees hotter or colder then upper cabin temp. Also there is a diagnostic mode that will tell you if any of sensors arent working, and if so, how long they havnt been working. Not many people know all this but there is a web page on it somewhere.
